ANYWAY... I had a bad day yesterday :( It turns out they're not going to let me do Maths as an overload in my BTeach :(((((((( No wonder they're short of Maths teachers if they're not letting people who want to do it, do it. SIGH.

I was so stressed about everything that I ended up crying in the course co-ordinators office when she told me ^^; and then again on the phone to my Mum and Dad (Dad said he wished he was here to give me a cuddle :3 *wubs the Dad*). I was basically just in a state of total exhaustion, I think.

Then I had to go into Service Tasmania because they'd given me the wrong form to give to the police the day before and I'd therefore wasted $45, only to be told I needed my passport, so then I had to come home, get the passport and go back AND THEN pay another $15. UGH.

Then I came home and had to sign lots of stuff for my new apartment and go around looking for a witness, LOL. AND put in my form to defer my Uni payments (after they FINALLY got my name right on my enrolment).

BUT. I think I've got everything in on time, so hopefully this will be the last of my Uni dramaz. And Tom made me smile all sighingly over his sweetness, so that was nice :D

4. I spoke to my Mum on the phone, and she and Dad were having an awesome day, so that makes me happy :D

6. I caught up with all of my LJ comments!! WOO!!
7. The How Do You Like Your Vegemite? Website. I particularly like the age progression in the results - you start out putting other stuff on it so you get used to the taste of Vegemite, then between 40-60 you've got used to it, so you put heaps of it on and nothing else, and then after 60 you start losing your sense of taste so you put other stuff on it again, LOLOLOL XDDDD
8. Even though money is tight right now for me, I'm happy that my government is tackling the financial crisis head on, and I have confidence in them - as do 74% of my fellow Australians :D I'm also happy that they're happy :D

I went down to get some chips and potato cakes for tea (Friday = take away night :D), and because of the long line at the Mako, went to the place next door, only to find that the Hot Fish and Chips Guy (HFCG) was working THERE tonight. Not only his he hot, he makes THE BEST chips omfg, srsly. And he saw me through the glass and SMILED AT ME. AND. Gave me an extra 1 1/2 potato cakes. I think it's love. <333 LOLOL XDDDD
2. I watched Moulin Rouge today. There is NOTHING about that movie that I don't like. Absolutely NOTHING. There are things about Harry Potter and Star Wars and Avatar that I don't like... but there's not one thing in Moulin Rouge that I don't heart with the heat of a thousand burning suns. The directing, the production design, the music, the script, the acting, the sound, the feel, the look, the cinematography, the costumes, the story, the characters, the philosophy, hell - even the ending. *sigh*
3. I also watched some Avatar to remind myself how awesome it was after my anger at the casting directors of the live action film. Ugh. You slay me, Airbender ;) :D

In some very good news, Telstra FINALLY put my new internet speeds through, ZOMG. So now it takes under an hour to download Heroes/House etc, unlike the 3.5 hours it used to take!! Okay, so call me crazy, but it only occurred to me THIS WEEK that Pete Wentz is in Fall Out Boy O___o LOLOLOL.

Had a nice telephone call today! I applied last night for a Junior Graphic Design + Finished Artist job, and the recruiting woman rang me up and basically fangirled me over the phone, LOLOL!! I was so flattered! :D She was like, "Your work is so brilliant! Just between you and me, I have about 50 applications, but your portfolio is fantastic!" and my brain went "BZUH?!" LOL. I mean, I personally think my portfolio is kinna lame, coz, well... 90% of it is Harry Potter stuff ^^; LOL XD

ANYWAY. She wanted to know how srs I was about moving to Sydney, and I said that if I got a job there I could move there almost immediately, so she said she'd pass on my resume :D YAY! I'm not expecting to get anything, but it was a nice call to have this morning :D

Mmmm... I just had some Pan de Casa bread with honey and butter and mmmmmmmmmm... it was soooo good. I'm not a huge fan of honey, but I use it in cooking and once a year I have it on toast (I much prefer savoury to sweet things). But this was just... perfect! I WAS going to do a portrait of Tom for his birthday, because a) I've draw a Tom as Draco portrait for GoF and OotP, so it seems natural that I should do one for HBP, and b) I felt like it. But unfortunately I went to do it today and couldn't find ANY of my pencils!! D: I dunno wtf I've done with them, LOL. So it'll have to wait. :(

I'm fairly happy with it. There are a couple of things that I don't like, but I'm not going to mention them, because then YOU'LL notice them too lmao :D

I don't talk about Ewan nearly as much as I should you know. I guess it's because I don't have other REALLY obsessive close fans to talk about him online like I do with HP and/or Tom and Ritchie. But he is my favourite actor. He has been since I was 10. 0.o Dude. Srsly. That's HALF MY EFFING LIFE. LMFAO!! XDDDD

And I took your advice!! I made myself a dinner that I'd never had before but sounded delicious (it was basically satay chicken with lettuce, cucumber and carrot wrapped in a tortilla LOL XD - and it WAS very good :D) followed up with a small apple pie (ZOMG YUMMMMM... APPLE PIEEEEEE) and for supper I had a cup of English Breakfast and some Love Potion Chocolate Mud Tim Tams in a Tim Tam Slam... Okay, so first of all, I'm going to keep track of all of the movies I've seen this year. It's gonna be hella huge this list, zomg, lol. It's, what... the 3rd? And I've already seen two movies at the cinema and watched one on DVD :| SRSLY. ANYWAY, I shall be setting that up some time soon... w00t! :D

AND. OMG. I saw Aliens vs. Predator 2: Requiem last night and ACTUALLY LOVED IT :O I NO, RITE?! WTF?! IT. WAS. ACTUALLY. BRILLIANT. I would see this movie again in the cinema and probably buy it on DVD as well. :|||||||| I can't get over how it was actually good. LOL. Apart from the fact that it's kinda thrown the Alien movies out of the water in terms of we've now see Alien in THIS time... >.> LOL.

I'm so on Team Predator. I'm thinking of making a signature tag for it, haha. Because let's face it... Predator is just a badarse cleaner. Srsly. I can just imagine cleaners pretending to be him and getting caught by their bosses in fishnets and dreadlocks. XDDDDDDDDDDD I just love that basically, Predator is like, "OMGWTF... So, yes. You know that meme that was going around with "How Privileged Are You?" thing? Yeah, I didn't do that because I already know I am. Because... I went to school and live in a democratic society that treats me as an equal. I think that compared to some of the places in the world, that's pretty fucking privileged, LOL.

Uhm... so... Christmas was good, I didn't get a lot of stuff, but seeing all the family is always more than worth it :D BUT. My parents did give me an OSKAR 400 Continuous Flow Food Processor ZOMG. FEEL THE AWESOME!!! :D I CAN MAKE PESTO!!! *shrieks* :D YAYYYYYYY!!!

We went down to Strahan on the West Coast and went on a boat cruise up the river and out through Hell's Gates. Which looked a little something like this:

New Years was excellent! I caught up with three of my bffs, hailz, psycoticaxemurd and 6kittykat6, and we went and saw The Golden Compass (IZ VERY NIZE :D) before heading down to "A Night on the Terrace" for the fireworks, which for the last 20 seconds went a little something like this:

So we had fireworks at 10pm for the kids, 12am for the adults and then again on the 1st at 10pm for the carnival. And they went for at least 10 minutes each. In my LITTLE town, LOL. Australia pwns fireworks, srsly. :D

I've been watching Australia vs. India in the cricket, and it's been very enjoyable. An actual good contest, which is nice (unlike when we play England *cough cough* LOL). It gives me no end of amusement to pronounce Kumble (supposed to be pronounced Coom-blay), Come-bool, hehehehehe :D Ahhhh... I'm so easily amused... speaking of which, I've been playing more World of Warcraft! I'm now level 32!! W00t!! :D Oh, and Kevin07 and HUGH JACKMAN were at the cricket together the other day *dies of awesome* :D XDDDD

And yes. I'm getting my car serviced and detailed next Monday/Tuesday and then I'll head back to my apartment. My poor plants they're probably all dead, LOL.

But I'll be here for my parents 35th Wedding Anniversary, so it's all good :D

Thank you so much all of you for your congratulations in my last post *beams* It's lovely to know that you guys care :D

But nehhhhhhhh... I fail at internets. Srsly. Wtf. I used to be so good with it all. *sigh*

So, today I went to the Royal Hobart Hospital because one of my friends, Amanda, was involved in a serious car crash on Monday and she was flown down here. She went into surgery today, and they fixed her spine. Her spinal CHORD wasn't damaged, so she's not paralysed or anything, but still. She was kinda in and out of sleeping today, but seemed to be in good spirits (she reminded me that I owe her a Snape picture, LMFAO - WHY DOES HP FOLLOW ME WHEREVER I GO?! Even in a freaking hospital!! LOL). So yeah. That's what I've been doing. Mmm.

I'd appreciate it if you sent calming waves through the Force in her direction ;) :D

In other news, I have become completely obsessed with baking bread :| Srsly. My parents are renovating their kitchen, and they gave me heaps of stuff that they never use, and one of the things was a Bread Maker :D So far, I've made one herb bread, two pizza bases and a Tim Tam loaf that is actually currently rising :D EEEEEE!!! IT'S SO BRILLIANT OMFG. AND. It has a timer, so I can put all the ingredients in the night before, set the timer, and then wake up to freshly dinging bread :D YAY!!!! STFU. I'M EXCITED BY BREAD. IT'S NOT THAT WEIRD. >.> <.< 0.o
