So, I had an exam thingy for the ABC Journalist Cadetship today. I don't think I made it through, but oh well! I did try to get in contact with the guy TWICE this week to ask about the format of the exam, but got no response, so I went into it really blind.

There were three sections A) general knowledge, B) punctuation and grammar (with a special section dedicated entire to apostrophes!! ZOMG WIN) and C) journalism writing. I think I got about 50% in the first, 90% in the second and about 65% in the third, LOLOL XDDDD

ANYWAY. What the point of this is... is that there were people there with MASTERS and PHDS in Journalism, and people who had worked in NEWSPAPERS, and here's me NO JOURNALISM EXPERIENCE. AT ALL. SRSLY. LOL. I was so amused. There were only 9 other people there... LOLOL. I'M GOING TO ASK THE QUESTION AGAIN. HOW THE HELL DID I MAKE IT THERE?! LOLOL.

And hey, I wasn't expecting to get THIS far, and now I know what they want, I can apply for it next year if I feel like it :D

YAY FAIL!! :D Phew. Now I get to sleep in again! YAY! LOLOLOL XDDDD

And I ordered Draco's wand from e-Bay, LOL. ^^; IT'S SO PRETTY. I hope it gets here before the OotP movie. I have two substitutes, but it's ACTUALLY DRACO'S WAND. XDDD I bought a ring from Salamanca Market yesterday and it is SO FREAKING BLINGIN HUFFLEPUFF AWESOME (you know blingin is so canon). I AM SO READY FOR THIS SHIT. AND. The cinema here is showing it on... THE 11th OF JULY. OH YES. I GETS TO SEE IT EARLIER THAN OTHER PEOPLE. LMFAO XDDD But I am NOT HAPPY with the movie already. Oooooh... I went on an impromptu trip up Mt. Wellington!! And I met these two really cool families and we had snow fights. And then we stood by a fire and steam came off us. And there was a POSSUM. AND WE FED IT SNAKES. OH YES. AWESOME. As we were driving down the mountain in our three cars, I was strongly reminded of World of Warcraft. LOL. Like we were in a party or something :D Me = nerd.


So... yeah. Better count some more sorting_elite Hufflepuff votes before bed.

I am still not mentioning a certain LIMS contest, although at the very least I'll be is 8th out of 79 original participants. 0.o Wow. And I got voted out of the second round of the H_E LIMS. LMFAO. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?! XDDD

So. It's exactly one month until my 20th birthday *cough* same as Draco's *cough* LOL. Wow. It just seems like yesterday I was turning 15 and saying to my Dad about how "it'll only be 3 years until I can vote!" LOL. And this year I'll be finishing University. Time sure does fly. Where the hell did April go, btw? If anyone finds it, please return it to 2007. Kkthnxbye. I got an early birthday present from a Judge in the USA. Paris Hilton Get 45 Days in Gaol starting on my birthday!! XDDD HAHA.

I GOT MY HUFFLEPUFF SCARF AND TIE!! WOOOOO!!! Heh. They're so effing cool. Cept, random people keep asking me if I go for RICHMOND!!! WTF!! Maybe I shouldn't wear it if people think I support RICHMOND... >.> LOL. Nah, it's totally worth it. This old guy looked at me and went "CAAAARN TIGERS". I said, "Nah, it's actually Hufflepuff" and showed him the logo on it, and he said "Oh! I don't know them!" LIKE THEY WERE A FOOTBALL TEAM. LMFAO XDDDDD AWESOME. Richmond's theme song is quite cool though. There's this part where everyone just yells "YELLOW AND BLACK!!" :D

I got Christina tickets!! Woo!! Cept I'm kinda shitty about it. I couldn't order them at 9am coz I had a meeting w/ my lecturer (which went very well), so I got really crappy seats, and then after being told they're non refunable/transferable, I see that THEY'VE ADDED ANOTHER SHOW THE NIGHT AFTER. NOT. HAPPY. JAN. >:(((( ANYWAY. This means that I WILL be in Sydney for the HPDH release!! WOO!!

Yesterday was International Star Wars Day. WOO!! I got my lightsaber out and had a bit of a twirl. LOL. Also read some Star Wars (Jedi Apprentice to be specific) fan fiction. I seriously love Obi-Wan. Remus is the Obi-Wan of Harry Potter. WITHOUT THE DYING. LOL. Or the no love interest. >.> Alright, but apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, the roads, a fresh-water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us? LOL. Sorry. Yeah. I got Qui-Gon in that "Ultimate Star Wars Peronsality Test" but I REFUSE to promote it becuase it ISN'T. For the simple reason that the blade of Obi-Wan's lightsaber (which they use for loading) is COMING OUT THE WRONG END OF THE HANDLE. SRSLY. WHAT SELF RESPECTING STAR WARS FAN GETS THAT WRONG?!

I saw Spiderman 3 and LOVED IT TO FREAKING BITS. Harry is my absolute favourite character. And OMG, when did Spiderman get so freaking HILLARIOUS?! AWESOME. :D But re: gliding, have you met my little friend called DEPTH PERCEPTION?! LMFAO.
