How elimination will work:
6. The two celebrities with the lowest number of public votes will then face the Judging Panel. The judging panel will take a vote on which of the competitors will participate in the next show and which will be eliminated from the competiton.

This is good. I mean, even if Ritchie is one of the bottom two, he ALWAYS puts in 100%, so it's doubtful that the judges would eliminate him :D

So! Today was AWESOME. I met 6kittykat6 in town and we went to Ellison Hawker and Area 52 (geek shop), and I bought the next Dalziel and Pascoe book. We wandered around the mall, looking at CDs and such before getting something to drink and heading to the cinema to see (as I previously mentioned) Superbad. Twas AWESOME. I was laughing hysterically and trying to hide under the chair with embarrassment ALL AT THE SAME TIME. XDDD Then we got some dinner and I dropped her back home. FUN WAS HAD BY ALL BOTH. XDDD

My house inspection yesterday went very well, and the guy said that there's no problem on extending my lease by 6 months, so that's AWESOME. :D I have somewhere to live!!

Btw, since my apartment is SUPER CLEAN atm, anyone have any photo requests? Wanna see my DVD collection? My HUGE posters? My fridge? View? Assorted beauty products? LMAO XDDD Request a photo and I'll post it :D

Okay, so this guy from an Australian Football Club (West Coast Eagles) died recently, and his last name is Mainwaring, and apparently he pronounced his name the way it's spelt: main-WEAR-ing, but see, I would pronounce this name the way they do on Dad's Army for Captain Mainwaring: MAN-er-ing. It's so freaking and strange hearing it the other way.

Something random I noticed yesterday; you know how when you get your left and right mixed up, and you say "the OTHER left"... I don't think I've EVER heard anyone say "the other RIGHT". 0.o

I am so fangirling Kevin Rudd (leader of the Opposition) atm. Srsly. Not only did he speak FLUENT MANDARIN to the Chinese President Hu Jintao (and was complimented by him on his PERFECT Mandarin and invited (and possibly not our Prime Minister) to the OLYMPICS, AHAHAHA), he had a 10 minute meeting with George Dubbya that ended up lasting 45 minutes. In which he stood his ground and FIRMLY said that when if he is elected at the end of the year, Australian troops will be out of Iraq by June next year (however, we're in Afghanistan for the long haul as we SHOULD have been THERE in the first place, unlike Iraq).

*fangirls* I mean, I don't agree with him on a lot of things on a personal level, but his party policies (cept Forestry in Tasmania, but seeing as what happened last time, I don't blame him), and his strength is totally making me go weak at the knees.

The site it was on, "The Chaser's War on Everything", well the guys who make that TV show got past TWO APEC SECURITY CHECK POINTS... in a CANADIAN motorcade, with the "INsecurity Company" and "JOKE" written on their IDs, WITH ONE OF THEM DRESSED UP AS OSAMA BIN LADEN. 0.o LMFAOOOOOO XDDDDDDDDDDDDD I love Australia. Oooooh... I went on an impromptu trip up Mt. Wellington!! And I met these two really cool families and we had snow fights. And then we stood by a fire and steam came off us. And there was a POSSUM. AND WE FED IT SNAKES. OH YES. AWESOME. As we were driving down the mountain in our three cars, I was strongly reminded of World of Warcraft. LOL. Like we were in a party or something :D Me = nerd.

Okay. So, something very interesting just happened. I just found out that Christina Aguilera will be doing a show in SYDNEY on JULY 24TH. And I am SERIOUSLY considering going. This would be 3 DAYS after the HPDH release. And there is this to consider:

DO I GO TO SYDNEY FOR THE HPDH RELEASE TO FILM?

There would be SO MUCH MORE going on. And SO MANY MORE PEOPLE to talk to. BUT, at the same time, do I WANT to have that many people? I wouldn't have my second camera (Joshie) to work w/ and it might not come out as good... Unless Josh wants to go!! :D LOL. Hmmmhmm... tickets go on sale on the 2nd of May, so I have until then to decide... I don't mind pre-ordering the book again in Sydney, LOL.

Well, I am now officially back in Hobart. Flight back was in NO WAY as good as the one there (though I don't think it could have POSSIBLY been better. Maybe if Ewan McGregor had come up to me and said "ILU make movies and babies w/ me"... ANYWAY... moving along... LOL.) Back home, back to work, back to Uni, *le sigh* 9am starts should be banned or something.

I don't wanna jinx it or anything, but I've been asked to arrange an interview w/ the manager of my local Video City (and me moving into this apartment had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do w/ the fact that the biggest Video City in the state was a 5 minute walk away AT ALL... LOL), in regards to a casual job. This would be like, THE ULTIMATE job for me. I know all the girls there already (and there's this dude who looks like Elijah Wood, NO FREAKING JOKE), to the point of them saying to me "I'm not supposed to tell you this, but the manager was looking to get in contact w/ you" and telling me when the girl from Head Office will be in, LMFAO. I love these guys. :D

I met up w/ the supremely awesome mybabyangel and natatree yesterday, and they both totally rocked my socks. :D We talked about awesome things like Harry Potter, Five (still can't believe that mybabyangel just HAPPENED to not only be a Five fan, but a RITCHIE fan... ZOMG, LOL), ear candles (we're still as WTF?! as you are... LOL), and Calvin and Hobbes. I think my best quote of the day was,

So needs to be iconised. LMFAO. AHEM. Yes... we had an interesting day, LOL. And haha, we were going to meet up at Circular Quay (pron. KEY not Quay, LOL), and I rang Natatree, because I got there, and I was like, 'Hmm... you know... Circular Quay... kinda big...' LOL. (It's the port where the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge are). But it was all okay. We met up fine :D The following is a picture that Natatree took when we went to Hyde Park(?) after I photoshopped it to make the colours nice and purdy. :D

The first film was just so... average... I mean, the book was good, but I didn't think it translated to the screen very well. Plus, Tom Hanks. I've said it before. I don't like him. LOL.

THERE IS GOING TO BE A MOVIE OF GET SMART!! OMG. <3333 LOL. USA Today posted a picture of Anne Hathaway and Steve Carell in the main roles. AWESOME. I didn't like Steve Carell much until I saw Little Miss Sunshine. That was such a freaking BRILLIANT movie, and he was fantastic. BRING ON THE SMRT!! :D

And Just Jared is reporting that Orlando Bloom was seen discussing a part in the new Superman movie. 0.o Can I be the first one to say, 'BZUH?!' I mean, I know that his on-off-on-off-on-off girlfriend had one of the leading roles... but who the hell would he play?! I SUPPOSE Lois' new love interest or something... >.> yeah...

And I suspect in Hufflepuff in particular, we feel like we're being punished for something that had nothing to do with us (i.e. WE didn't have a problem with the way things were). Anyway... yeah. I AM OFFICIALLY GOING TO BE A TENOR IN GOSPEL CHOIR. ZOMG. YES. I AM MAN. HEAR ME YODEL. XDDDD Srsly. I just tried it last week because I am naturally an alto/tenor and it was SOOO FREAKING EASY AND AWESOME. And our singing instructor was like "And the tenors have to sing an F which is very high..." (singing that at the F note btw), and I was like "LAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!" and awesome because I can sing that EASY. We haven't sung a very low song yet, but pfft. I cover Josh in the high register, he covers me in the lower one if I need it. Totes awesome. :D YAY SINGING!! Plus, all the guys (tenors) are AWESOME and all the girls (altos) are snobbish and try to steal your music so you can't read it (GET GLASSES, WOMAN!!). LOL.

My computer has had an... INTERESTING couple of days. I have a Powerbook G4 Macintosh Laptop, and my Microsoft Office stuff wouldn't open. So, I took it into the Mac store, and spent 1 1/2 hours trying different things. We reinstalled the package, sent in a repair thing to repair everything that had ever gone wrong ever on my computer, and none of that worked. They sent me home with an overhaul of the entire SYSTEM, and it FINALLY WORKED. OMG. So, now I have the latest version of Mac OS X :D YAY!! I have WIDGETS ZOMG. SO AWESOME. So, there you go. You want a free upgrade? CRASH YOUR OFFICE XDDD I have also ordered in Cinema 4D for my 3D Modeling and Animation class :D YAY!! NEW SOFTWARE!!

Wear your thongs (flip-flops, but call them THONGS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE), board shorts, and wife basher singlets. Play some Australian Rules Footie, Soccer, Cricket, Tennis or go for a swim at your pool. Or shout out a chorus of AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE, OI OI OI!! XDDD
