Okay. So, something very interesting just happened. I just found out that Christina Aguilera will be doing a show in SYDNEY on JULY 24TH. And I am SERIOUSLY considering going. This would be 3 DAYS after the HPDH release. And there is this to consider:

DO I GO TO SYDNEY FOR THE HPDH RELEASE TO FILM?

There would be SO MUCH MORE going on. And SO MANY MORE PEOPLE to talk to. BUT, at the same time, do I WANT to have that many people? I wouldn't have my second camera (Joshie) to work w/ and it might not come out as good... Unless Josh wants to go!! :D LOL. Hmmmhmm... tickets go on sale on the 2nd of May, so I have until then to decide... I don't mind pre-ordering the book again in Sydney, LOL.

BUFFY, you interested in going to Christina? I'd be staying w/ my grandmother who has THREE spare beds. Would anyone of my flist be interested in meeting up either for the HPDH release OR Christina?

[Poll #971020]

Second today is the following:

OMFG!!! ILU CLAWS!! Thank you ever so much!! *huggles* And I was also nommed for Honorary Ravenclaw for which I am also extremely flattered and squeeish over :D <3333333

AND LOL @ my 5 minute icon done out of guilt winning @ [livejournal.com profile] ventureicontest HAHA

I rarely enter these things, but this looked interesting:

My linkage

My Australian Politics Inclinations Results - seems mostly right. I'm overall LEFT-WING, centre-left on Economics, left on social and far-left on "traditional values". LOL. I vote Green, but WTF Democrates? Are they still a party?! LOL. And WTFFFFFFFF Family First BEFORE the Liberals (Republicans, basically, I know, wtf name?!), WTFFFFF... 0.o NO WAY.

Oh, and I've been approached to see if I can maybe do some TV ADS for the Socialist Alliance!! LOL. Awesome. :D (We have an election @ the end of this year)

Peace,
Rotae

Well, I'd say come to Melbourne and visit us for the release, but who knows where we'll be. Go for Sydney. Just make sure you get your copy of the book for Dymocks.

;)

LOL. You think I should go to the release in Melbourne, and then fly to Sydney for Christina? :D

I already HAVE a copy on order from Dymocks, LOL. You reckon they'd transfer it to Sydney for me? :D

Rotae

I dunno. LOL. [livejournal.com profile] project_fandom is the journal for it. I think I'd want help from you w/ the set up and flow of the actual doco when it's near completion.

An actual film perspective as opposed to a fan perspective :D

I'm similar. (http://www.ozpolitics.info/guide/fun/politics-test/)

I should get an overseas ballot sorted out, really. Looks like it's about to be a really significant election. Can the Greens actually win? I was expecting to vote Labour to unseat Howard.

Awww... I can't see your results! :(

LOL... No... there is no way the Greens are going to win. But Labor has a SERIOUS chance. Kevin Rudd is polling extremely well, and the ALP has preferred party atm. And the Greens give ALP their preferrences, so there's that as the Greens ARE polling well.

But it looked like the Greens were going to gain seats in the Tasmanian election last year, and they ended up JUST getting their original seats, so I dunno. LOL.

I'm going to vote Green then Labor, I think... we'll see how it goes closer to the election ;) :D

Rotae

You should totally go to Sydney! I will come with you if I can afford it, but I'm not sure if it's realistic... Of course, I may have a job soon, so income will change my budget completely.

It looks like the cheapest flights are $81 each way. So, that's $162 for flights, and however much the Christina tickets will cost. I'd guess they'd be around $120-140 so that's about $300 even.

You wouldn't have to pay for food or acommodation or anything, so yeah :D

If you're making a documentary then Sydney will have the most material, I think.

I tend to agree. However, I won't be nearly as familiar w/ my surroundings and the people... but whatever. LOL. :D

Peace,
Rotae
