18 doesn't change a thing. You can still drink, you can still not vote, you're still a teenager and you can still behave like one. The only thing is that you get to have ballons and candles and a cake!!! (popcorn flavoured?)

Just being sillillilly though. I just meant; its not something you should be really scared about. It really shouldn't change your life too much. Heaps of people either hate voting or do so in a really inefficient manner. Heaps of people drink before they are 18 any way. Its far nicer (and cheaper) to drink in your own home or room, rather than in some dingy pub or nightclub.
Chill out! relax, have fun. Its your birthday, its something to feel happy about.
