I'm Dreaming Of A Blackish Christmas

It was Christmas Eve. Harry sat beratingly behind the loo, sipping bubbly eggnog.

He looked at the waxy bed hanging on the Christmas Tree and sighed. Last year, Ron had hung it there, just before they looked at each other emoly and then fell into each other's arms and licked each other's fingernails.

If only I hadn't been so delicate, Harry thought, pouring a fluffy amount of rum into his eggnog. Then Ron might not have got so insoluble and left me all alone at Christmas time. He wiped away a hard tear and held his toes in his hand.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door and then a very very bright voice lifted silkily up in song.

Just as silly as a bum full of Smarties



Harry ran to the door. It was Ron, looking hairy all over with snow.

"I missed you dramatically," Ron said. "And I wanted to lick your fingernails again."

Harry hugged Ron and started to sob.

"I think you're drunk," Ron said.

"I think so too," Harry said and they licked each other's fingernails until they knocked the Christmas tree over.

On Christmas Day, they ate roasted dragon teeth and lived roughly until Harry got drunk again.

THAT'S RIGHT, MUTHA FUGGERS. A WOMAN IS THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL. OH FREAKING HELLS YES. THANK YOU KRUDD :D

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd announced the appointment only hours after his plane landed in Canberra from his marathon world tour, declaring it "a very good thing for all Australians and Australian women".

"I think it's obvious that we needed to have a governor-general for Australia who captures the spirit of modern Australia," he said.

Also, KD Lang called him AMAZING and FEARLESS. OH HELLS YES. You know you're doing something right when KD Lang says you're amazing XD

Meanwhile Mr Rudd has received glowing praise in the British press.

In an editorial bearing the headline "Aussie rules", respected newspaper The Independent said it was impressed by Mr Rudd, who left London this week after his first official visit to the UK.

"We were looking forward to Kevin Rudd's term as Australia's Prime Minister, and so far we have not been disappointed," the paper said.

"On the contrary, with his plain speaking, his firm principles as a politician and - a bit of a luxury, this - his fluent Mandarin, Mr Rudd has not only met our expectations, but inspired not a little envy as well."

It was not only Mr Rudd's language skills that earned him accolades.

The editorial also spoke highly of his strong stance on security for the Olympic torch relay in Australia later this month, his plea for China to open dialogue with Tibet and his address to Chinese students on human rights.

"The world needs more leaders like this; we hope he has started as he means to go on," The Independent said.

So basically, someone over at ewan_playground is making a Ewan McGregor mood theme (which I shall TOTALLY snag when completed), and she's asking for people to input pictures, and me, being the IDIOT I am, said, "OH HAY. YOU CAN EITHER USE MY SCRIBBLE THAT I DID OF HIM, OR I COULD DO YOU A PENCIL PORTRAIT FOR THE ARTISTIC MOOD".

*HEADDESKS* *HEADDESKS* *HEADDESKS*

I ALWAYS do this. I always go to do a pencil portrait and about 1/3 of the way through go "ZOMG WHAT'S THE POINT, I HATE THIS, AND THERE'S NO UNDO BUTTON!!!!!!"

And Ewan is just being SOOOOOO uncooperative. See, this is why I don't draw Ewan. He's NEVER cooperative like Ritchie and Tom. I think it's because he's kinda... hmm... smooth? Whereas Ritchie and Tom have fairly pointy aspects to them. GODDAMNIT EWAN. WHY'D YOU HAVE TO BE SO HOT HARD DIFFICULT?! XDDDD

So I'd like some encouragement if you guys don't mind. Get me motivated. Tell me crap like, "Think of the awesome feeling when it's DONE and you can throw it away forever" and "people are relying on you, get your a into g!!" or "think of how well it turned out last time!!" or just an "ZOMG STFU AND WORK" would be good, hahahaha XD
