LOL, that's Romilda Vane - the girl who gives Harry the chocolates that he gives to Ron, who falls in love with her. LOL XDDDD I think they're putting her in 6th year too though, because I seem to remember that there's a picture of her in NEWT potions (along with Neville, which is an even bigger WTF, LOL). :D
